DIY Fairytales Shampoo and Conditioner Spray
Updated: Mar 7, 2021
Affordable lice prevention.

As a mother of many girls head lice is something I try to avoid. My older had gotten it a few years back and it was a nightmare. We was treating every few weeks . It went on for months and nothing was working . We ended up using a prescription treatment but had it flare back up 3 months later. The fairytale shampoo was just to expensive for 2 girls with long hair. I read the ingredients and came up with this as an alternative .

What You Need
Suave Rosemary Mint shampoo and conditioner
Tea tree oil
Spray bottle (small)
Shampoo and Conditioner
In the shampoo add 20 drops of tea tree oil for the large bottle 8-10 for the smaller size.
Shake well . In the conditioner add 6-8 drops large or 1-6 small. Shake well. When you use it shake bottle apply to wet hair leave on 5 minutes then rinse.
Leave in Spray
Fill spray with very hot water to break conditioner down. Add one tablespoon of rosemary mint conditioner and 3-8 drops of tea tree oil. Use as a detangle spray . Dries nice and doesn't look greasy.
